eSR BMW 3.0 CSL Cup v2.01

Version 2.01 (22/07/2009) :

* new tires (little bit more grip, better temps, overall better handling and more stable)

Version 2.0 (15/05/2009) :

* new physic (Rear Wheel Drive – now more dynamic and “alive”)
* new engine (3.3 Liter with 573hp @ 7000rpm)
* new gearbox
* new tires
* edit car-files (fixed filler neck position, needles, Limiter aso…)
* adapted damage file (now more stable)
* pimped LCD Display
* new interior / external banners
* added individual interior driver suits / gloves (see below for Addon)
* new folder / data structure (full standalone, no conflicts anymore with other GTL Mods)
* updated championship
* updated class and year (back to 1976)
* and some other small things…

i also added the eSR Porsche 911 Turbo as addon class – you can drive both cars in
competition if you like (both cars are nearly based on the same datas).

for that just download and install the eSR Porsche 911 Turbo Cup

check the included “Setup” folder if you have problems with handling / setting up the car.

Version 1.0 (initial release)

* new engine (4L V8 / 500hp @ 7800 rpm)

* working instruments / display in cockpit (digital & analogue)
* arms & legs in cockpit added
* individual driver-outfits
* championship on 12 exciting tracks

Important ! Make sure that you have deinstalled v1.0 before installing v2.0 ! the new version have a totaly different folder and data-structure – check the included “How to deinstall v1.0.txt”.

Install :

1) extract the mod-file with WinRAR or else
2) copy the GameData folder and paste it into your GTR2 main-directory (for example X:\GTR2)
3) allow to overwrite the existing GameData with “YES ALL”
4) done

– there will be no original GTR2 files overwritten
– there should be no conflicts with other mods / cars

Graphical settings :

I recommend the following settings for the best view in game for this cars :

under “Options – Graphic”

Details Driver Car = FULL
Details External Car = FULL

and under “Optionen – Graphic – Advanced” :

High Wheel-Details = ACTIVATE
High Resolution Cars = ACTIVATE
High Resolution Cockpits = ACTIVATE

Addon :

i also advise all cockpit-drivers to install the high-resolution Alpinestars driver suits / gloves from BariCZ – the cockpit-view looks much better with it !

This mod was exclusive arranged for our eSR League, therefore it’s not allowed to use this mod for regular league racing without our explicit permission !

It’s allowed to use this mod for Fun-Events and free hosting in the GTR2 Lobbies.
