IMPORTANT!

If you can not see the wheels in the cockpit view you need to open your .plr file
located in GTR2/USERDATA/YOURNAME with a text editor.

Scroll down a ways till you get to “Wheels Visible In Cockpit=”1”
If yours has a 0 in the quotations you need to change that to “1”.

Install:

Drop the Gamedata folder included into your MAIN GTR2 directory and allow all overwrites.
No original files overwritten.
