I thank Strava for the authorization that it granted to me in order to propose this new version to you, for platforms GTR2, GTL, Race07 and rFactor.

The Vairano racetrack – also known as the Automotive Safety Center – is an automotive circuit owned by the magazine Quattroruote. It is located in Vairano, a fraction of the municipality of Vidigulfo, in the province of Pavia; the test center and the “GuidaSicura” school of the magazine are also located here. The racetrack is also used by other pilot schools.
Inaugurated in 1995, the track is mainly divided into two parts: the handling track (2.8 km long by 7.5 m wide) and the straight track for high speed (2 km long by 15 m wide, with at the ends the two “loops” of about 800 m each). In addition to these two basic sections, there is the comfort track (a straight line made up of different floors, steps and rails, designed to test the suspension of a car), the low grip track (another 150m straight on which you can simulate conditions of critical adherence), the “GuidaSicura” yard (a large space of 17,000 m2 for tests on low grip and artificial obstacles) and the off-road track (on which Sport Utility Vehicle and off-road with limit slopes can be tested).
