I’ve converted the Assetto Corsa mod to GTR2 to offer an opponent to my Ford Mustang Cobra Transam. While working on it I have noted gtr evonames in materials and I think that this is an heavily modified version ofthe camaro made by Simbin for STCC game. The represents that real car that raced during the seasons 1993-1998.

The 17 skins are all real life cars and come from the original mod except the#5 which is the #8 sister car. I only changed the number and it looks good enough.

Genstring help in each cas or car file. Templates included.

– corrected internal cockpit position (shining through body parts are no longer visible)
– created new cockpit windows and banner
– added new cockpit mirror (doorside)
– created new cockpit chassis
– added low fuel led
– added new rainscreen
– reworked some texture settings (wheels, windows etc.)
– resaved and removed some double existing textures
– reworked CAS and CAR files
– sort some gmt files
– packed team textures to .gtr
– added new shadow texture (better anti-aliasing)

– all required sounds are included

Installation Instructions :

extract the .rar file with WinRAR or similar unpacker and copy-paste the GameData folder to your GTR2 main directory – allow to overwrite all existing folders / files with “YES ALL” – done.

No original GTR2 files will be overwritten.
