In 2003, Ferrari announced the sale of several 575M-based racing cars, known as the 575 GTC (not to be confused with the 575M GTC Handling Package). Following the success of Prodrive in running the Ferrari 550, Ferrari wished to offer their own racing car to customers. Used primarily in the FIA GT Championship, the 575 GTCs managed to take a single win in their first season, followed by another lone win in 2004. Unfortunately the 575 GTCs were not as capable as the Prodrive-built 550 GTSs, and would fall from use by the end of 2005.

Mod Infos :

As Ferrari 575 is my favourite car in GTR2 and GTR2 by default have only 7 of them only way to play championship with them was to make one, and here it is ;o) My first intention was to make complete championship mod with cars and custom tracks, but that would make download too big, and many people wouldn’t like tracks that I choose. So I decide to make championship that contains only tracks that are included in GTR2 by default. After all, anybody can edit this championship and change tracks that I use to ones they like.

There are 12 races in a season and with 32 drivers you better be good in qualifications. ;o)

Race weekend:

Free Practice: 60 mins, Friday 10:00
Qualifying: 60 mins, Saturday 14:00
Warm-up: 30 mins, Sunday 10:00
Races: 50 laps, Sunday 14:00
