Add-on car for the GTL-GTR2 Mod by scca1981
Car History :
In late 1969 a Ford dealer in South Africa named Basil Green started building a high performance car based on the Ford Capri using the V8 power of a 302cui Windsor V8 engine from the Ford Mustang. In 1970 a racecar was built fitting the Group 5 specifications of the South African GP’s. The car’s number was Z181, sponsored by Team Gunston. This car, driven by Bob Olthoff, nearly won everything and even broke every track record these days.
For the season of 1971 the rules were changed to establish a Production Saloon car Championship. A new race car was built by Basil Green, matching the regulations of Group 2 cars. The car with the number A2 was sponsored again by Team Gunston and driven by Bob Olthoff. Since then the tale of the V8 Peranas isn’t over, so the field needs to be completed… start skinning !
Mod includes :
– reworked 3D models in 3 different styles (racing, semi stock, stock), all RHD
– wheel pack including 6 different styles
– two different engine sound packs
– 7 cars fitting all classes of GTL-GTR2
– new engine and transmission files
– modified handlings

Install:
The use of the GTL-GTR2 Mod by scca1981 is recommended.
Backup the old files if you want to or simply delete the FORD CAPRI PERANA folder including all data.
Drop the GameData-folder into your GTR2 directory and overwrite any existing files.
Use these files at own risk!
