this reworked car can be also installed and driven as standalone without the GRID Prototypes Mod.

The Pescarolo 01 is the first sports prototype racing car built entirely by French team Pescarolo Sport. It is designed to meet the LMP1 and LMP2 regulations for Le Mans Prototypes in the Le Mans Series as well as at the 24 Hours of Le Mans, and replace Pescarolo’s previous C60 chassis which had been heavily modified from cars purchased through Courage Compétition. The first 01s debuted at the 2007 1000 km of Monza.
The Morgan LMP2 is a racing car built and designed by OnRoak Automotive. In 2012, OAK Racing returned to the LMP1 class with a revised Pescarolo 01. In the LMP2 class, OAK Racing relied on the Morgan LMP2 built in-house by sister company OnRoak Automotive from France. The Morgan LMP2 achieved 2nd place in the LMP2 class at the 2012 Sebring 12 Hours. For the Morgan LMP2 3 engines each are offered by Nissan, HPD and Judd. Similar to the successor Ligier JS P2, a body variant with little downforce was offered for the 24 Hours of Le Mans. At the 2013 Le Mans 24 Hours, OAK Racing presented a Morgan LMP2 art car, the entire bodywork was made from real street signs. A copy of the car, with OAK Racing pattern foil, was also launched in 2013.

– created separate vehicle class for the included Morgan LMP2 Model / Teams
The included Morgen LMP2 teams are now no longer displayed under “Pescarolo” in the vehicle menu , but in a separate class called “Morgan”.
Version 2.0 (October 2022) :
It was a lot of work as i corrected many little things. I reworked all 7 different Styles and LODs (A,B,C).
changes :
– splitted and re-merged some parts new
– reworked some texture settings
– added missing rainlights for some styles
– created new backfires
– reworked CAS file
– reworked car file entries
– corrected engine speed values in .car files
– added damage file
– corrected default gear settings for setup
– assigned correct engine sounds
– added new Sounds (AER Mazda MZR, Judd G5V and Judd XV from Enduracers)
– corrected expo floor position
– added new shadow file and texture (better anti-aliasing)
internal cockpit :
– cutted, splitted, re-merged and separated some parts
– created new cockpit chassis
– re-created cockpit mirrors
– reworked MoTeC and RPM / Warning LEDs
– reworked cockpit and steering wheel textures
– added new pedals

Deinstall / Install Instructions :
i recommend always to DELETE FIRST any previous versions of this car / mod to prevent crashes / mismatches !
for that, navigate into your “GTR2-GameData-Teams-GRID…” directory and delete the complete folder “Pescarolo 01 Evo Teams” – done.
to install, extract with WinRAR or else and drop the GameData folder into your GTR2 main-directory – allow to overwrite existing one with “YES ALL” – done.
No original GTR2 files will be overwritten.
