I have convertetd Santa Fe City Street Circuit from rFactor.
sadly the original rFactor Version included no ReadMe file or other author infos !

Gran Premio de Santa Fe is a motorsports circuit located in Santa Fe, Santa Fe Province, Argentina. It has hosted events in the TC2000 series.

The Grand Prix of Santa Fe is a speed racing race that runs in an urban race circuit in the city of Santa Fe, Argentina since 2006. In the first four editions, the categories that participated included the Tourism Competition 2000 , and the opening acts Formula Renault Argentina and the Copa Mégane; In turn, in 2009 and 2010, the Fiat Linea Competizione also participated. In 2006 and 2010 the South American Formula 3 did it; and between 2011 and 2016 Abarth Punto Competizione.
The first two editions took place on a 3143-meter-long layout in the Parque del Sur. For the 2008 edition, a wider and shorter route (3020 meters) was used to connect the 27 de Febrero and Leandro N. Alem avenues.
Due to the pandemic influenza A (H1N1), the Santa Fe Grand Prize of 2009 initially scheduled for July 26 was postponed for October 3 and 4, taking the weekend in which the Great was originally scheduled to be played. Punta del Este Prize The format used by the TC 2000 was two races of identical duration and score: the first of them on Saturday night with artificial light, and the second on Sunday at noon. it was repeated in 2010. In 2008, one of the training sessions and qualifying had been played at night in the usual light of the city, as a test for the 2009 night race.
