Flow Circuit v1.0

This track contains all features of a working track, like AI, working startlights, pitcrews and rain reflections. I couldn’t find any major bugs during testing. But for sure, any feedback is welcome. My best lap so far is a 1:55.593 (with default Maserati MC12), shouldn’t be the limit anyway. AI drivers are able to do nice laptimes, on 120% AI strength it’s really getting hard to follow.
