This is an Addon-Car for the GRID Prototypes Mod 2006-2012 v2.0
Note :
this reworked car can be also installed and driven as standalone without the GRID Prototypes Mod.

The Formula Le Mans car is built by French manufacturer Oreca and known as the FLM09. The chassis is based on Courage’s LC75 LMP2 chassis, while the car’s carbon fiber and kevlar bodywork is a simplified version of the LC75’s design. All FLM09s use a production-based General Motors small block LS3 V8 which produces approximately 430 horsepower (440 PS).

Version 2.6 (December 2022) :
I only revised the LOD A files as otherwise it would be too much work – since the vehicle is more of a low-poly model, I removed all the lower LODs (B,C and D).
updates on internal cockpit :
– cutted, splitted and re-merged some parts
– reworked all texture settings
– created new chassis
– reworked mirror glass and corrected position
– added new steering wheel, MoTeC, pedals and switches (from Enduracers LMP Mod, converted by Merlin75)
– added new LEDs for MoTeC
general changes :
– splitted and re-merged some parts new
– reworked many texture settings
– added missing rainlights
– separated / splitted daylights for a more detailed damage effect
– added missing windshield
– corrected wobbling brake discs
– reworked CAS file
– reworked car file entries
– added new damage file
– assigned correct engine sound
– created new shadow and collision file
– added new shadow texture (better anti-aliasing)
…and some more that I can’t remember…
Important Note :
This version also includes all 2010-2012 Oreca FLM09 teams, originally released with the Courage LC70.
That’s why I removed these old teams from the Courage Mod, so that these teams don’t appear twice in the game.

All Oreca FLM09 teams can be found in the GRID menu under “Formula Le Mans”
Sound Notes :
The required sound files are NOT included in this mod !
This car uses the same sounds, wich are included in the Courage LC70 Mod.
If you hear no sounds in game, download the GRID Prototypes Sound-Pack :

Deinstall / Install Instructions :
i recommend always to DELETE FIRST any previous versions of this car / mod to prevent crashes / mismatches !
for that, navigate into your “GTR2-GameData-Teams-GRID…” directory and delete the complete folder “Oreca FLM09 Teams” – done.
to install, extract with WinRAR or else and drop the GameData folder into your GTR2 main-directory – allow to overwrite existing one with “YES ALL” – done.
No original GTR2 files will be overwritten.
